Service Engineer
Technical Department
Qualification:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering (preferably in Electronics / Electrical / Biomedical / Mechanical) or equivalent practical experience with 1 – 2 years in medical industries field service experience.
- Possess strong theoretical, practical skills (troubleshooting and problem solving) and a common-sense approach.
- Good interpersonal communication skills in order to represent the company to the customers.
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work unsociable hours when required.
- Proficient in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer calls.
- Assist sales personnel for testing and commissioning, on-site and off-site service repair and remote support for medical devices that meets manufacturer’s specifications and customer expectations.
- Responsible for regular maintenance schedules and perform maintenance work to ensure products in optimum operating performance that meet or exceed quality, reliability and safety that meets manufacturer and industry standards.
- Consults with customer to resolve unusual problems in system operation during service repair and maintenance.
- Provide technical advice and assistance to sales team during sales process to meet clients’ requirements.
- Maintaining and studies product technical manuals.
Product Specialist
Sales and Marketing
Qualification:
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Computer literacy.
- Proficient in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia & English.
Responsibilities:
Sales-
- Achieving annual sales targets.
- Execute marketing plan.
- Prepare and conduct presentations to doctors and hospital medical teams.
Customer-
- Develop and maintain relationship with customers by visiting accounts, attending social and promotional events, and staying up to date on accounts, market, and territory conditions.
- Record customer complaints and discuss on solutions with Sales Manager.
- Regularly communicate with customers to address service needs.
Product Knowledge-
- Acquire product knowledge and related application through training and guidance from Sales Manager.
- Keeping up with the latest clinical data supplied by the company and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with health professionals.
- Organize and conduct product demonstration and presentations.
General Tasks-
- Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector.
- Prepare and submit quotations for respective territories.
- Participate and booth manning in medical exhibition and conferences.
- Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings.
